Shawn’s Updates

*  A friend of mine took this pic during the State of the Union the other night.  Thought it was cool.  I will leave comments to my readers.

*  I am really looking forward to the day when I can take my boys camping.

*  I am really looking forward to the day when I can take my little girl on Daddy/Daughter dates.

*  I miss my time in the Brownsville Revival.

*  The Superbowl is this Sunday and I could careless!!!

*  I love Steve Tyler, J-Lo, and Randy Jackson on American Idol.

*  Why do people cry and freak out when they are not accepted on American Idol?  It’s hilarious how people get so mad!!

*  I have been working on ZellaTek most of the day today.

*  I’m tired.

*  Going to be planning on how to make ZellaTek grow and begin to really make a splash in the tech world.

Personal Revival

I have been wrestling the last several days to get the right words to describe what God has been doing in me lately, and all I can come up with is:  Revival.  Actually I believe it is a culmination of years and years of experiences, trials, valley’s, prayers, and seeking God, that has finally culminated in a fresh move of God in my life.  I’m not talking just a time of refreshing but a whole life altering transition.

For many years I have wondered in the wilderness of the spiritual life trying to figure out my place.  I have experienced so many amazing things that to sit in a place of silence and desolation has caused me to be greatly frustrated.  However, I believe each experience, trial, frustration, etc. where all for a purpose and time, and I believe that time is NOW!!!  There are many things taking place in my spiritual life that I will share soon.  Some powerful and encouraging.  Others hard and difficult to express, but all amazing and exciting.

Revival has been a part of my life since 1997 when I first attended the great Brownsville Revival in Pensacola, FL, for the first time.  Since then there has been a great longing for God and His presence in my heart like I experienced so many years ago.  I believe what God is doing in me now is that revival of His presence.  I look forward to sharing with you what God is doing so be looking for more post soon!!  Until then. (I have to get some sleep.)
